Source: ione / iOne On Monday former New England Patriots and Houston Texans defensive tackle Vince Wilfork announced he is now retired from the NFL. Wilfork spent 11 seasons in New England before joining the Texans for two seasons, all after the Patriots picked him up during the first-round of the 2004 draft. But it’s not Wilfork’s acclaim that’s got people talking. Check out his NFL-exit video and see what’s got everyone talking. Well y’all – it’s been a great run, but the time has come. @Kingsford #Sponsored http://pic.twitter.com/DXfDzholBi — Vince Wilfork (@wilfork75) August 7, 2017 “No more cleats. I’m moving on to smoked meats, fellas. Peace out. I’m outta’ here. Later,” Wilfork said in a Twitter video, a promotional effort for Kingsford Charcoal. “Thought it was over, huh? I’ll be back. But not on that field.” Bust a move, barbecue style.
