Encountered with an uknown manifest layout in Store app

Hi there, I'm a greenhorn here. I just faced an issue with the app on Lumia 640 LTE Windows 10 (Version 1709, OS Build: 10.0.15252.0); in a nutshell, I cannot even open Store, it says "Something bad happened. Unknown layout specified in manifest". Would anyone tip me what to do? ...
