Kim Jong-un is unlikely to ever respond to the stick approach of economic sanctions in the way we would like. It’s time to add some positive reinforcement to the mix. Should President Trump completely catch Kim off-guard and invite him to negotiate a U.S.-North-South Korea Free Trade Agreement?
