Enemy players will now be able to see the damaging missile of Harbinger's Inscrutable Will. Fixed a bug that prevented the cooldown on Mindthief's Eldritch Clasp from triggering if the target was immune. Player versus Player Rogue ( Forums / Skills / Talent Calculator ) Subtlety Shadowstrike no longer deals reduced damage in PvP (was a 10% reduction). Eviscerate no longer deals reduced damage in PvP (was a 15% reduction). Mastery: Executioner is now reduced by 20% in PvP (was 33%). ...
