Small Businesses Must Focus On Customer Experience

If you're a small business with a moderate to bad Yelp review you should take the time to walk through your customer experience. Just because you're a small business doesn't mean you aren't held to high standards of quality. Take a minute to consider my thoughts on why small businesses must take customer experience just as seriously as big businesses.
