Don't Cut The Fat - Burn It

Decades of nutritional wisdom taught that fat needed to be minimized from one's diet. Now science knows better. Likewise, focusing on cutting the fat out of an organization entirely is bad for organizational health. It is better to burn it as fuel instead. Here's why, and how.
