Dallas Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones cannot stop talking about linebacker Jaylon Smith. With the NFL Draft having concluded on Saturday, one year after Jones took Smith in the second round, he announced that the former Notre Dame linebacker should be ready to play football during the 2017 season.
