I can't get premium to price out through Delta or Virgin's website because it's a multi leg flight and one of the flights doesn't have premium, so trying to sort the best way to get an upgrade from economy to premium. Option A: book the VA codeshare through Delta's website in economy and hope I get the option to upgrade segments to premium at an additional cost. Option B: book the entire flight through VA's website. Try to upgrade through upgrademe bidding. (If I do this option, can I enter my Delta skymiles info somewhere to get credit)?
