Source: gamedayr.com --- Saturday, July 30, 2016

Meier took to Twitter Friday night to blast the Aggies coaches for the slides used. Meier also expressed her disapproval of the two-week suspension given to the coaches, Jim Turner and Jeff Banks, stating it wasn’t enough of a punishment for their actions. Change the culture https://t.co/586e9HTevu — Katie Meier (@CoachKatieMeier) July 30, 2016 Meier is a well-respected coach who has led the Hurricanes to five NCAA tournaments in the last six years. Texas A&M head coach released an official apology following the incident, but it might not be enough for a coach who not only is on the hot seat, but also can’t seem to keep his staffers in order.
