The Pokémon Company has confirmed that the Pokémon franchise will have a presence at this year’s GamesCom event which takers place on August 17th to August 21st. There will be a special Pokkén Tournament competition within the Battle Corner in the Nintendo Booth. There will also be a special guest appearance from Battle Director, Shigeki Morimoto who will talk about the world of Pokémon and also may have a surprise up his sleeve.
