NEW YORK — David Ortiz hadn't heard the details of Tom Brady's decision to drop his appeal until reporters told him Friday afternoon in the visitors' clubhouse at Yankee Stadium. “I don’t know what’s going on with him, but I’ll catch up with you later," Ortiz said. Ortiz was then told Brady is to miss the first four games of the Patriots' season.
