PEKIN — A former East Peoria Football coach who is accused of spending money that was supposed to go to the high school will have to wait to hear his verdict once it is mailed out next week, officials said Friday.Doug Martin, 38, formerly of Pekin, who coached and taught math at East Peoria Community High School from 2007 until 2013, is on trial for four counts of felony theft.
