Ex-NFL Player Dana Stubblefield Charged With Raping Mentally Disabled Woman; Says Sex Was Consensual

Former 49ers defensive lineman Dana Stubblefield was charged with raping a mentally disabled woman but he claims the allegations are “false and fraudulent.” According to TMZ Sports , the former 49ers superstar was charged with five felonies, after prosecutors say he raped a woman he found on a babysitting website and had invited to his home for a job interview. Instead of an interview, officials say Stubblefield had sex with the woman despite the fact she was “incapable” of giving consent because of a mental disorder and developmental and physical disabilities. The 31-year-old woman immediately went to police after the alleged incident and officials felt there was enough evidence to charge Stubblefield. According to official documents, Stubblefield has been charged with rape by force, rape of a victim incapable of giving consent, oral copulation by force, oral copulation with a person incapable of giving consent and false imprisonment. But Stubblefield is adamant the sex was consensual, and he claims he can prove it with a lie detector test.
