Why can't I download a QB report to excel? Did all the time on old laptop. Have new laptop, windows 10, QB Premier Nonprofit Edition 2016 & Microsoft Office 2010 32bit.

I always get 'warning' message:  "Your system might not have enough memory to use Excel.  Try again after closing some applications".  There are NO other applications open and plenty of memory available - NEW laptop - far from bottom of the line.   My research looks like Microsoft Office Home & Student 2010 32 bit should be working with QB Premier Nonprofit Edition 2016 (multi-user)(Admin).  What else shall I try?  Look for?   Help please! ...
